Greenwich, Residence

Greenwich is the design of a four bedoom, two living areas, double garage with pool single residence. Located on a corner site the brief was to create a modern architecture using classical proportions and elements. The design adopted a grid that would organise the planning and frame the views and relationships between inside and outside. The use of a double height living spaces provided light filled voids framed by the columns of the grid.
